Returns & Refund Policy

Our products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in perfect conditions before we ship them out. We stand by the quality of our products and our main priority is that you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@decolorespr.com.

decolores products have a 7-day return policy (for store credit only), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the return is approved it will be returned for store credit only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If return is approved, the store credit will be granted to the customer as a Digital Gift Card via e-mail. Gift cards cannot be returned or transferred.

*decolores is unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your original purchase or return, which means the customer will need to pay the shipping costs and provide associated packaging and labels needed to return the products. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@decolorespr.com. Title the subject of your e-mail “Return” followed by your order number. Provide the reason for your return and/or item that you would like to exchange it for. We will get back to you as soon as we can. 

If your return is accepted we will share instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, the store credit will be granted to the customer as a Digital Gift Card via e-mail.
